Windy Hill Coffee Co. is a specialty roaster in Marietta, Georgia. We roast in small batches, to order, so every bag reaches you at its peak, whether it's going into your kitchen, onto a restaurant menu, or into a hotel lobby.
Why small batch matters.
Big roasters plan around warehouses. We plan around the cup. Roasting a little at a time means we can give each origin its own profile, taste every batch, and ship it within days instead of months.
It also means we can buy coffees most roasters pass on: natural-process Ethiopians, geisha lots, and limited micro-lots that only come in a few bags at a time. Those are the coffees that make people stop and ask what's in the cup.
